Class Descriptions
Core
Core conditioning is a dynamic workout that increases your core strength, coordination and stability. Through a non-impact, repetitive movement, this class targets muscle groups that stabilize the trunk and major joints, balancing upper and lower body strength. Using medicine balls, blocks and your own bodyweight as resistance, it stretches and strengthens the entire body. All levels welcome, but not recommended for women who are pregnant.
Hot
This practice follows a specific sequence of postures. The room is heated to approximately 40ºC to facilitate safe, deep stretching, a detoxifying sweat and a healthy glow. Standing and seated postures included. This class is recommended to beginners and suitable for all levels of students.
Not recommended for pregnant women unless you have been practicing in a heated environment regularly for at least 6-12 months prior to becoming pregnant.
Power
Vinyasa powered up. Get ready to work hard, breathe hard and sweat it all out in a room heated to 32ºC. This energetic and challenging class integrates the breath with movement and builds strength, flexibility and core stability. Sequences include standing, balancing, seated, twisting and inverted postures that will keep your yoga practice fresh and lively. Beginners will be challenged, all levels welcome.

This class available exclusively at Westcoast Hot Yoga. Be ready to spark your inner smile, laugh at yourself and let your ego melt into the flows of sweat. Combining the power of a transformative hot practice, mindfulness meditation, and an energizing performance off his yoga-inspired pop album, Will transforms your ordinary yoga practice into the extraordinary.
Yin
By holding postures for extended periods (3-10 minutes), you will be able to cultivate a sense of ease and lightness in the body. This slow-paced class focuses on the breath and explores long, passive stretching to enhance mobility and flexibility in the connective tissue that forms our joints. Enjoy a deep physical opening especially through the hips, pelvis and spine. A perfect complement for classes such as Vinyasa yoga. All levels welcome.
YRide
The all encompassing journey trains the mind, breath, muscles, and joints to enhance equilibrium and agility. Experience Will's signature class of cycling and yoga in tandem! Spend 45 minutes on an intense and powerful bike ride to enliven the heart. Move to the mat for a 15 minute vibrant yoga cool down to balance out the body and calm the mind. The result is pure harmony. All levels welcome. Not recommended for pregnant women.
