Class Description:
This practice follows a specific sequence of postures. The room is heated to approximately 40ºC to facilitate safe, deep stretching, a detoxifying sweat and a healthy glow. Standing and seated postures included. This class is recommended to beginners and suitable for all levels of students.
Not recommended for pregnant women unless you have been practicing in a heated environment regularly for at least 6-12 months prior to becoming pregnant.
